Getting in touch
Write to info@nfc.cool. It reaches a person, and it is the right address for anything: a problem with an album, a question about your data, or something you think should not be in this service at all.
If you are writing about a particular album, the link or the tag you used to open it is the fastest thing you can include.
Reporting something in an album
Every memory and every comment carries a flag button for anyone who is not the album's owner. Reporting a memory hides it straight away, before anybody looks at it, and tells the album's owner. Reporting a person's profile picture removes that picture everywhere at once.
Owners moderate their own albums, and nothing a visitor adds appears until the owner has approved it. If a report is not dealt with, or the album's owner is the problem, write to us and we will act on it ourselves.
Deleting your account
In the app, open More, then your profile, and choose Delete my account. On the web it is at the foot of your profile page, under the same name.
It deletes the albums you own and everything in them, including memories other people added, along with the memories, comments and reactions you left in other people's albums. It cannot be undone, and you do not have to write to anybody to do it.
